1. Introduction

Welcome to Paxprecision (Pty) Ltd. These Terms and Conditions govern your access and use of our website and services. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to comply with these terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please discontinue your use of our website and services.

2. Definitions

  • “Company” refers to Paxprecision (Pty) Ltd.
  • “Client” refers to any person or entity using our website or engaging our services.
  • “Services” refer to the engineering and manufacturing solutions provided by Paxprecision, including CNC machining, metal press tooling, and other related services.

3. Scope of Services

Paxprecision offers specialized engineering services including but not limited to:

  • CNC Milling and Turning
  • EDM Spark Eroding and Wire Cutting
  • Surface Grinding and Conventional Machining
  • Metal Press Tooling and CAD Design

All services provided are subject to the specific terms agreed upon in our quotes and contracts.

4. Quotation and Payment Terms

  • Quotations: All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the project specifications provided by the client.
  • Payment Terms: A 50% deposit is required before the commencement of any project. The remaining balance is due upon completion before the delivery of the final product.
  • Late Payments: Failure to pay the balance within the agreed timeframe may result in a delay of delivery or suspension of services.

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Accurate Information: The client must provide accurate and complete information for project specifications. Paxprecision is not liable for delays or errors resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the client.
  • Approval of Work: It is the client’s responsibility to review and approve any design proofs, specifications, and final products before full production.
  • Compliance: The client must ensure that the use of our products and services complies with local laws and regulations.

6. Project Timelines

  • Lead Time: Project timelines are estimated based on the scope and complexity of the work. We strive to meet agreed deadlines; however, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Paxprecision is not liable for delays beyond our control.
  • Changes to Project Scope: Any changes to the project specifications after the commencement of work may result in additional charges and an extended timeline.

7. Warranty and Liability

  • Warranty: Paxprecision warrants that all products and services will be free from defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of delivery.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does not cover defects or damages caused by improper use, client-supplied materials, or modifications made by third parties.
  • Limitation of Liability: Paxprecision’s liability is limited to the cost of the service provided. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.

8. Intellectual Property

  • Ownership: All designs, drawings, and technical documents created by Paxprecision remain the property of Paxprecision until full payment is received.
  • Client-Supplied Materials: Any materials, specifications, or designs provided by the client are assumed to be free of third-party intellectual property rights. The client agrees to indemnify Paxprecision against any claims arising from the use of such materials.

9. Confidentiality

  • Confidential Information: Both parties agree to keep all information shared during the course of the project confidential and not disclose it to any third parties without prior consent.
  • Data Protection: Paxprecision adheres to strict data protection policies. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information.

10. Termination

  • Termination by Client: The client may terminate the contract at any time with written notice. However, any costs incurred up to the point of termination will be charged to the client.
  • Termination by Company: Paxprecision reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the client breaches any terms outlined in this document or fails to make payments as agreed.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of South Africa. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts in South Africa.

12. Changes to Terms

Paxprecision reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website with an updated effective date. We encourage clients to review these terms periodically.
